Another option is to visit the José de Obadia Museum of History and Culture with its archaeological exhibitions and religious art that are worth seeing.
- Natural Attractions: There are beaches close to the city such as Playa la Barqueta, a white sand beach where you can get some sun, or Puerto Pedregal, where you can take a boat to get to Chiriquí National Park. For those who like mountains, you can climb the Barú Volcano from Boquete.
- In the city: If you want your nature fix without leaving David, visit Cervantes Park which is surrounded by shops and churches.
